They do not contain cholesterol, and with only 15 calories, they represent a real energy value.

Japanese quail eggs are used to treat: arteriosclerosis, heart attack, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, stomach and duodenal ulcers, diabetes, tuberculosis, bronchial asthma, migraines, anemia, cancer. In the treatment of these diseases it is necessary to drink a course of 240 eggs, which are drunk fresh, beaten, on an empty stomach and half an hour before breakfast. They are consumed alone or with the addition of sugar or honey (unless it is diabetes), lemon or some other juice.
